These picks are a good alternative to the jazz 3 xl's. The extra width of the flows gives a sense of great control and maneuverability of pick, along with a reduction of the amount of pick slippage in the fingers. However, compared to the Jazz xl's, the flows, as expected, feel a tad more sluggish for intricate lead guitar. The flows are my new go-to for all rhythm playing. Happy buyer indeed. Cheers!
