I waited until the delivery date 8/26 and called ups and contacted the seller. UPS said it was lost and the seller would need to file a claim. When asking for a replacement she wanted me to pay for another order. Which I don’t feel like is my fault, she should as a business take the lost and handle with UPS until she can get a refund directly through them.. I’m sure if there’s no issue, it’s a great product but bad Service..

I waited until the 26th when it was the arrival date and when it didn’t move, I contacted the seller and UPS. It was considered a lost package. I wanted to prepare for the worse since I took this order for the 30th and paid the $10 in shipping. But when the seller responded she wanted me to pay for a whole new order. I don’t think that’s right, she should have just sent the replacement and handled the refund with UPS
