It wasn't until December 20th that we were contacted stating that a single oil ring was missing from the sealed ring pak. It is the customer's responsibility to report any shortages within 30 days of receipt. The manufacturer would have gladly replaced the set of rings if this shortage had been reported within 30 days.It is easy to break a single ring in the process of installation, that is why we offer single ring pks

As most kits for the cummins it came with 1 cam bearing and I happen to have a block that took 2. When I contacted them and asked for a price so I could buy another bearing they responded with the tracking number for another bearing. No argument and only question asked was if it was the same as the front bearing.
