I want a bag that is 16” long & the first one I got, from this seller, was only 14” long & when I contacted them about it they would only give me a partial refund. Now, I’ve bought another one from another seller & after receiving it I see that it is over 18” long. I don’t understand why they would put in the description a 16” bag when it’s not.

Had a strong pungent chemical smell initially that didn’t go away with leather car air freshener and spray. Finally I used chemical guys leather conditioner with leather fragrance and that solved the problem. Suggestion for the manufacturer would be to attach the backpack fasteners further apart. Shipped fast in 5 days from India. Seller communicated well. Overall a good experience.
