There are very minor scratches on the shell of the laptop, but this is expected and is acceptable for me. Laptop is very clean and keyboard looks brand new. It boots up great, I was able to set it up and use it for a while with no issues. Great buy and I recommend buying from this merchant!

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.
