Other than the usual connecting cords and a windows update, my computer was ready to go out of the box. There is even an app on the desktop with tools and warranty information. The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at
