One thing to note - this is absolutely NOT the seller's fault - two of the caster do not have ball bearing swivels at the stem. Because of this they do not swivel with the two other casters and this creates a hazard of the shelf tipping over. This is 100% Nexel's problem NOT the seller. All photos and description was accurate as far as the seller knew. I didn't realize Nexel made the casters this way - probably no one else does either.
