I finally called eBay and they said there was nothing that they could do because it had been more than 40 days. Hope the BBB can help me out.

I needed the vacuum head otherwise I would’ve waited for it to go back in stock on Dyson for much cheaper. But, this seller did sell me what i needed and shipping was quicker than stated.

Will update after part has replaced the broken one and vacuum works like new. Glad to know there are Dyson parts available. A Dyson repair partner said Dyson with holds parts from the repair centers in hopes of driving the customer to purchase a new unit instead of repairing it. Also, they make it super difficult to clean the cyclone parts from fine dust build up
