But this time I must comment on the exceptionally good service I received from this vendor. The item was a book from which several pages were missing. This was sprinting error not a vendor error. So asked for a book with all the pages. What I got was a pdf with the missing pages. this was acceptable because all I wanted to do was read the missing pages. Exceptionally good service.
