They quickly responded with it left and is out of our hands. I told them it has not left them yet as no one received the package. Then it was shipped. I received a package with a psalms verse on it and more Jesus paraphernalia but my product was purposely opened and a quarter of the product is missing. Not done during shipping. The buyer received exactly what is shown in the listing. BRAND NEW UNOPENED SEALED DIFFUSER. Pictures from listing shows unopened sealed bottle not filled all the way up. The picture buyer posted shows the same amount of product as the pic in the listing. I wish I could’ve posted pics of the unopened bottle that was sent to buyer. THIS ISN’T FAIR TO PUT INACCURATE INFORMATION. The last buyer who purchased 2 of this diffuser left positive feedback they were very satisfied.

It’s also listed for sell. It was an honest mistake, but it’s the same brand and scent just different packaging. The buyer did not contact me to resolve it, the 1st step they took was to leave negative feedback. I would’ve sent them another spray with the same packaging shown in the listing pictures. I DO NOT SELL FAKE OR KNOCK OFF PRODUCTS.
