I ordered a red wreath with natural pinecones , on delivery they had sent what I can presume is their “silver” one which is just stuck on unpainted wooden shards and poor painted silver decorations. It’s absolutely awful and very ugly. I contacted the company and I didn’t receive any apology just a copy and paste “return to us for a refund… but you won’t be reimburse any postage” so the company messes us and I have to pay all postage? Absolutely NOT !!!

A simple (and easy) revising of the shipping list would be recommended (hint, hint, just saying). Despite this, I'm leaving them positive feedback.
