The reason for the four stars on rating on how I would rate this item was that when I opened the box, it was a white phone, even though the label said that it was blue. I contacted the seller stating my concerns about it, not being blue, and they were willing to work with me in any way to rectify the problem. I would recommend this seller.

They did accept my return and issued a full refund, however that took time and all could have been avoided by accurately describing the item being sold. Would have been better off just going to a store.
