It looks good, the baby is not here yet! I did have a hard time with the bars that hold the changing tray frame together. The locking pins are very stiff, one of the pins actually came out, it's no longer even in the tube. This happened during the first set-up, w/out a baby. When I took it down I left the tray in one piece, stored it in a long pillowcase. 🤷♀️ husband already tossed the shipped box
