In my case, the the watch is a bit thicker and heavier than I was expecting. I also would rather have larger numbers and brighter dots. Seller was helpful pointing out the warranty from the manufacturer, but I honestly was expecting that it would be replaced by the seller, as most high street establishments would do. After contacting the manufacturer, they were quick to send a link for a ticket and a code, but I have to send the item for repair at my expense. They also said that this is "unusual". Indeed it is. The only time I had seen something like this was with a counterfeit watch.
