The multi layer, multi color style and protection are second to none. These two case are the 2nd set I've purchased for my Wife and I, the value and toughness are definitely unmatched. The screen protectors are about what I expected for the price. They came intact, but had minor adherance issues. Overall a good purchase, and a great case for anyone scared of dropping their phone. Just get someone to help you out with the case if you have dexterity problems, it can be a bit of a journey to pull the pieces apart for application.

The battery that Rome Tech originally sent to me was in an opened package and used (2.9 V). I complained and within an hour a representative mailed to me a replacement battery, which arrived in a sealed package and fully charged (3.3 V). Honest mistakes happen, and real customer service lies in how such problems are resolved! The battery is also an exact replacement for OEM 23.21212.091.
