The wifi dongle that came with the unit seemed to have some type of intermittent problem. Replaced it with another and everything is fine. Again I'm very satisfied for the cost involved.

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.
