I even did a diagnostic test on Samsung's Members app and everything was fine. My issue is that the seller doesn't communicate well, or doesn't make time to respond to customer queries sufficiently. Given the $1000 price tag you're going to want to ask a lot of questions, but as a supplier, I don't think they put much effort in speaking to customers. It didn't work for me, and I had queries even after. I prefer service quality
