The seller had a quick response and refunded the cost of the item. Sadly we need to plan for the item to be tossed and dropped many times until it gets to its destination. Gone are the days of just tissue paper for cushioning. You don’t get your shipping costs and other fees that you incurred back, lesson learned. It’s too bad I really wanted that mug for my friend.
