I chose not to contact Ebay only due to the fact that the battery's and chargers are in working order, and were worth the money I spent, not to mention the time and effort it would cost to return the items, even with Ebay's approval. ** Perspective buyers beware...no programming instructions included, and are difficult to obtain

The radio body is metal. Although only wide-band still useful and part 90 & 95 approved. Can be programmed like the old RELM WHS and MPU series. Just pop open the back and flip the programming switch. Program from the keypad, flip the switch back & reassemble. Runs 1 & 4 watts.

Then I had to reply that I wanted a refund to get it. If you can't complete the contract, REFUND the money without requiring the buyer to respond that they want the refund. I saw many others had the same issue with no longer in stock. I took the gamble and lost. I seriously doubt I would buy from the seller again.
