The bike bolt for the head set was stripped. The bike smelled like cigarette smoke really bad. The chrome parts had rust on them. I approved the pictures he sent to ship the bike but did not take in consideration the bright lighting he was in. I relied on his communication on the condition of the bike. He was wrong on the condition of the bike.
