A week went by with no shipping.When I contact the seller she tells me the UGGs are 2 different sizes & she therefore cannot mail them. She had waited to see if another pair came in?hmm?? I did not give "negative" feedback because she was polite & I'm getting a refund- HOWEVER- I would have appreciated a heads up sooner so I could order elsewhere. Not to mention she said " buyer wanted to cancel" as reason for canceling the sale,

It’s as described but a couple of marks on the shoe (I don’t blame seller as they could have received them like that). Overall I’m happy I finally have a pair of these as wanted them for ages.
