(Also, maybe there's no such thing as one size fits all! And perhaps my head is larger than I think...) I'm going to wash it and then try to block it, so it stretches a lot more while drying on a towel. If not, I may need to go to a store and try on hats, which I was trying to avoid.

I reached out to the seller and they responded with a full return. As soon as I dropped the hat off at the post office, they issued a refund. I am going to order another one and hope they send the right size...

The ebay seller did a good job. I always order from this brand/seller/company I will place a reorder from them again in the future. I did not like the delivery by USPS placing my package next to to fence. Any one could have stole/taken my package. USPS should have placed my box at the front door and knocked.
