Said they needed to cancel and refund, which is fine. But then put in the reason for canceling was that I asked to cancel, which isn't true. Just shady business and dishonest. Since there is no “defect found” option in eBay’s menu, we selected the “buyer requested refund” option. As eBay’s listings and activities are handled by people and are not perfect, proper understanding from the buyer is sometimes required.
