Battery “needs service”. Pretty amazing how many things needed service yet it was “refurbished”. Contacted seller who gave little to no solution, wanted to see receipts, also wanted me to send back via provided shipping label after I got it running. We do offer a 30 day return policy for defect sand issues, in addition to a full 12 month warranty in case of any device issues. In looking into this further, I see you mentioned getting it repaired already. We would have been happy to work with you on this once we had some documentation showing the repair costs.
