But the seller went ahead and processed the return, no questions asked and gave me a full refund even for the shipping. I also noticed that the seller took time and went through a lot of pain to make sure the packaging was absolutely perfect, that I decided not to open the 2nd box after discovering that I couldn't install it after the 1st box was opened.
