I've been wearing Babe for about 12 years. Had my stylist professionally installed and within a week the hair was just coming out of the tapes by the handful. Tapes remained but all the hair just slid right off the tapes. Contacted seller- said no refund because they'd been removed from the box. Only solution offered was to buy a sealing tool. The glue was extremely thick and ran all through my hair, when we tried to remove them, the bonds fell apart. I have permanent damage to my hair from them. Buyers Beware! But I can remove it with very little difficulty. Otherwise a beautiful autograph and piece. Also great service and delivery time. Thanks a bunch 😃
