It arrived new in the bag exactly as advertised. The design mirrors that of similar products from Eagle Industries and Velocity systems at a fraction of the price (this was cheaper new than a similar Eagle pack that's seen a fair amount of use from the e-bay pics). It looks good. The only thing it needs, and this isn't a vendor issue, are d-ring attachments for a harness or a sling strap.
