I had to push for a partial refund based on a deal we made that he didn't respect. Buyer had unrealistic expectations wanting to gain or receive a greater refund. I provided receipts and issued an accurate partial refund in good faith as well as the true break down of costs as shipping. One item was already discounted from $150 to $90. Import duties are buyer’s responsibility which the buyer wasn't aware of. I strive to provide fair, honest service.
