The SteelSeries was brand new, factory sealed. It was never opened. The first message the buyer sent me was that they did not receive the item when tracking stated it was. When that didn't work told me that it was missing parts and called me a "twit". They demanded a refund. They were rude from the start and instead of opening a return, they did all of this instead. Definitely a sketchy buyer. Im sorry but that doesn't work here
