I tried to file a claim with the USPS but they need an insurance claim. I need that information from the seller so I can process a claim or the seller can process the claim. I don't know. I would like to file for a refund since according to USPS the package was insured for up to $100. If not I would just like another pair of the same shoes & same color resent to me. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this
