On arrival, it had two problems: a stuck frame holder button (which I fixed) and a cracked mount that prevents the scanning unit from moving—this can't be repaired. The seller offered a return, but the scanner was already shipped abroad, making return costs too high. I suggested a partial refund, but got no reply. As we responded to you through multiple emails, we can not offer a partial refund on a product that we tested multiple times. The product was tested again for you when you asked us to check again if it is in good working order. I am not sure why you would ship and item to another country if it was not working.. we did not receive any messages from you until weeks later and then you messaged us asking for a refund.
