Canon refurbished it and stated it was in working order. Hotdigital was easy to work with and getting it back to them for a full refund. I liked them so much that I bought a different printer from them and this one works great.

Speakers arrived with the wrong power cord (EU instead of US), but after I emailed them they offered me a $22 courtesy refund, which more than covered the cost of the replacement power cord from Amazon. I didn't receive any communication regarding shipment but based on its early arrival, it obviously shipped when the listing said it would. The listing was accurate and the packaging exceeded my expectations. They double boxed the item which protected it when it was delivered and left out in the rain.
