The cloud is not new, it is used, the back is dirty and scratched. The product box was not original and was opened. 5 out of 14 products in my entire purchase arrived different than what I bought. The sender obviously sends what suits him, not what you buy. I am disappointed. Shipping costs for all products are outrageously expensive and the products themselves are overpriced.
