The item was new and it was never used, so I never mislead you at all! You purchased the item then you stopped the purchase only to purchase it again at a later time. You saw the pictures and even admitted you saw the zip tie, which was better than the cheap tie that came with it. I admitted that I took the film off and you saw everything in the many pictures I provided. You still decided to purchase it and I shipped it to you the next day, however you decide to now bad mouth me. Pathetic!
