Used one, it left her hair better than it was as not been washed for 10 days but she said she felt a residue on hair and scalp didn’t feel as clean as if being washed properly, not that we were expecting it to, but they serve a purpose for now and she’s happy to get hair washed. Just a note, I would recommend using a towel over face/shoulders as liquid run over her as I was putting it on.

Great customer service 1st parcel not collected by royal mail at their parcel shop - so they sent a second one out immediately, I dont know if I have received the 1st or 2nd parcel. I would use this seller again as they appear to look after their customers.
