When I contacted the seller about the item NOT being NEW he said he had opened the box! Why would you need to open a BRAND NEW item? After returning the faulty fan I then had to open a case with EBay to get my refund paid. The same faulty product I returned (it was listed as the last one) is now back up for sale and listed as BRAND NEW again!
