After a missing mail search request seems to have failed, the seller issued a refund. The seller did everything correctly and through no fault of theirs, the post office lost the package. Still, the seller refunded the purchase. I cannot say enough kind things, or recommend them highly enough. I only hope that the USPS will do the right thing and honor the seller's claim. Thank you.
