The item was never received according to them. Seems like it was meant to cross the ocean and lost because it was an overseas company and poor shipping habits. I would NEVER purchase from this company. In communicating they don't even understand the problem. They just repeat things that make no sense. I would not use them for their ability to communicate and understand is very lacking.
