The shipping time was longer than one would expect and upon asking about it I was shouted at through the messenger in ALL CAPS. The imagines they had posted were misleading and random photos. After they sent the wrong item they blamed me for not reading the description correctly even though I did. Nevertheless, Buyer was informed to return the item for a full refund. He did return the molding, and refund was processed swiftly. No nastiness nor disrespect intended nor demonstrated. Listing clearly indicates 15 working days for shipping. It was shipped within that time frame. I'm typing all my e-mails in ALL CAPS. INCLUDING MY LOVE LETTERS. THIS FEEDABCK IS MISSLEADING AND UNFAIR!
