    Item arrived unopened in good condition. However, The description didn't match the photo. That meant I could not use it. When seller was contacted they responded quickly and agreed to a refund. Also stated they would adjust the ad to correct the error. I am impressed with how receptive the seller was to correct the error and to prevent the same situation happening again. Would give 5 stars for seller, but I took one off due to listing error

    Arrived quickly. Boxes were crushed in shipping but contents were OK. One box was taped closed with packing tape vs. possessing an intact seal. The other was sealed and as shown on the listing. Over all grateful to have these eye drops again and the expiration date was as promised. Thanks very much!
