Upon receiving it, I opened the package up and slapped the cartridge into my Lynx. The game sadly didn't work. I tried multiple times. It just simply wasn't working. I really didn't want my money back. I just wanted a WORKING GAME. The advice I was given helped me tremendously! Excellent Customer Service! I am extremely grateful and pleased with the outcome!👍
