When the buyer contacted me about their concerns, they requested an $80 partial refund. I offered a full refund instead as long as the item was returned which is standard eBay policy. The buyer declined to return the camera, so I was unable to proceed with the refund. I always stand behind my items and respond promptly to resolve issues fairly.
