    This laptop was a great value! It looks brand new. I could find no imperfections anywhere. It is exactly as described, and packaged very well. Seller is quick and easy to contact and communicate. I had issues with the purchase, ( strictly on my end ) and they went above and beyond to help get it taken care of with no delays. They did not need to do this. I bought from this seller based on the their feedback. They sell quality and stand behind it. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

    Best computer seller ever! Quick shipping from Brooklyn to Manhattan, that with an excellent condition and price, almost half of Best Buy. Responds quickly to customer service queries too. My HP looks brand new, topped off with Fedora Linux (which I installed). It does lack the Intel Core Ultra sticker, but that's no big deal. I would buy from you again. FedEx had a mishap where it was delivered one day late, but it's FedEx's fault not the seller's. FedEx fortunately delivered on a Saturday.
