They could not produce a returns label for me to send them back . Promised they would send the right ones. After a couple of days I got in touch , asked them if they sent the right ones then was told no they waiting on me to send the wrong ones back. Still no returns label , Then i get a refund when i wanted the right item . At least i got my money back.

They contacted me to say the package had been lost in transit soon after they marked it was dispatched. It took six days for dispatch and a week for them to contact me. The refund was quick so there is a positive but my purchase was time sensitive in terms of delivery so I could fit the heater when on holiday so it messed up plans and meant I paid more for a quick delivery elsewhere. Seller blocked
