He went above and beyond to pack and ship this machine. The machine was triple boxed with padding all the way around. The machine bed was cling-wrapped to the base then the entire machine and base were cling-wrapped to each other. Very effective. The speed control pedal was packaged in foam and was cling-wrapped to the machine bed. The machine was absolutely superb! Outstanding seller!
