I expected communication instead of just shipping it off without communication. I asked if they could set the watch for me right? No big deal.Yet they shipped it first then said their jeweler is out until after Christmas. If they would have communicated before they sent it, I would have gladly waited till a jeweler could set the watch. Now I have to go to a jeweler to set the watch I just paid $319 and pay more now.
