The issue I had ended up being with my vacuum itself,not the seller, o I appreciate their transparency. That said, I did pay over $60 for the canister, which is quite a bit, especially since it didn’t end up solving my problem. I also had a poor experience with Shark’s customer service, which added to the frustration. Overall, a positive experience with the seller,just disappointed with the product
