Also, the plunger assembly is off center. It's an OK value for the price I paid; but certainly nothing to rave about. Overall, I'm disappointed, but I'm also too tired to package it up, drive to the post office, and go through the return/exchange hassle. Also, I need the part now and can't wait for a replacement. Lately, it seems like 50% of my Ebay transactions are a disappointment.

They immediately sent me a new tire without having received the old one back yet. Their customer service was friendly and fast. The quality of the product is top notch. It came well wrapped and in great condition and the value for a beautiful whitewall is top notch as well. Before our interaction was finished I even got a phone call confirming I got my tire and they got the wrong one back. Can't say enough about the way it was handled. Definitely does business the right way. UPS screwed up...nothing on KC International. Will do business with again.
