Had a query that some water was entering the sand suction tube and was advised that others with my washer had reported similar. Was advised I could drill out the Nozzle a little to increase the water flow. Unfortunately my drilling was not very 'clean ' so water jet now goes to oneside from the jet which has made the problem worse. Not their fault though. Initial results promising.
