It has graduated beads not as bright as the pic. I think they are the right shade of blue (lapiz) and will still leave a nice impression when worn. Package took time but quicker than I expected. Was packaged securely (lots of packing tape), wrapped in bubble wrap which was great since I was worried it would be damaged. Will recommend!
